  • CEO Emeritus, American Association of Education Service Agencies (AESA) serving 553 educational service agencies (ESAs) in 45 states. AESA and its ESA’s serve 80% of the public-school districts, over 83% of the private schools, over 80% certified teachers.
  • Annual budgets for ESAs total approximately $15 billion. AESA’s Mission is to advocate the association’s membership policy platform are represented and influence education legislation and policy discussions and decisions.
  • Past Chairman and Board Member of the FCC Universal Service Administration Corporation (USAC) – ensuring that schools and libraries across the U.S. are connected to information and resources through the internet. To date USAC through ERATE has provided Schools and Libraries more than $220 Billion dollars in matching funds.

  • Founded JDL Technologies, without outside investment capital in 1989 as a K-12 education network integrator and led the company for the delivery of over 5,000 IP networks in K-20 institutions.
  • Merged JDL Technologies with Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ JCS) in 1998.
  • Selected by eSchool News as one of the 30 most influential leaders on the use of technology in 2001 with Bill Gates and Michael Dell.
  • Founded JDL Horizons LLC and acquired two operating divisions from JDL Technologies, Inc. in 2007.
  • Developer of award winning Eduvision, 1,000,000 hours of coding for safe and secure video workflows specific to the needs of Educators.
  • District wide adoptions in the nation’s largest schools, Miami-Dade, Clark County, Las Vegas, Broward, Ft, Lauderdale and Michigan.

    Pat Blew, CFO, SAS HALO

     

    • Chief Financial Officer for Dimensional Learning Solutions.
    • President, Cabear Corporation developed real estate for his own account and using his real estate development experience to help private companies, banks and government regulators determine the highest and best use for large tracts of land, prepare a workout plan for the institutions approval and then act as a fee developer on behalf of the institution to put the plan into effect.
    • Sea Mountain is a 434-acre development located at the south end of the island of Hawaii
    • Port of Los Angeles Business Center is an 87-acre project located in the City of Los Angeles adjacent to the Port of Los Angeles.
    • The CBB Carson Building  is a 97,000 square foot building on 10 acres of land in Carson, California.
    • Potomac Station, a 612-acre parcel in Leesburg, Virginia
    • Warhill was an 880-acre property in Williamsburg, Virginia zoned for a golf course and 1368 houses and 500,000 square feet of retail/office/industrial.
